This villa is located in Atlantico, the southern-most part of Quinta do Lago, closest to the ocean. It was designed by architect Stewart Seaton of Algarve-based Arqui Dois. Its lines are minimalist, clean cut and un-fussy. There is a definite Japanese influence in its grace and simplicity. The ideally situated plot presents 1,920 m² with the villa providing 740 m² including the basement.
